Deputy Floor Manager - Retail

Female. University graduate; preferably holder of a Business Administration degree from well-reputed universities.

Fashion related studies are a plus.

Around 4-6 years of experience in the retail operations field with 2 years in a supervisory level as Deputy Floor Manager or Assistant Floor Manager or Floor Supervisor within well-established Fashion Retail companies.

Previous experience in apparel, fashion and related is a must.

Will assist in running the daily floor activities from administrative duties, customer service to performance supervision, prepare the Sales force schedules effectively to meet service requirements; monitor the gradual achievements of sales targets; assist in the analysis of findings and recommend improvements; follow up on inventory control, maintain random spot checks; ensure proper display and visual merchandising standards at all times; report and attend to all tenants’ requests to ensure their satisfaction; maintain a strong floor presence to drive selling efforts; promote customer service excellence and exceeds customers’ expectations; raise complaints or efficiently address them and maintain focus on driving sales and delivering on floor goals.
