University graduate; preferably holder of a Business Administration degree from well-reputed universities. Post graduate or Masters Degree in HR or SPHR certification is a plus.
Around 2-5 years of total experience in the human resources field with minimum of 2-3 years recruitment experience as Recruitment Officer or Specialist or Talent Acquisition Officer or Specialist or related within well-established companies or recruitment firms, ideally in Lebanon.
Previous experience in recruitment within the advertising sector is a plus.
The candidate will deliver on staffing projects and objectives as well as Talent Management projects.
Will be responsible for meeting the staffing objectives; recruiting all agency positions; achieving key staffing metrics, benchmarks, and progress reports related to cost, quality, and time; customer satisfaction; and the benchmarks.
Will also oversee, manage and deliver the full spectrum of staffing, recruitment services, functional support, to include sourcing and on-boarding.
