Office 365 Analyst

Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent from well reputed university. Masters degree is a plus.

Having a min. of 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, product management, functional consultancy… with  minimum 3 years of experience in Office 365 product management and deployment as Business Analyst, or Business Consultant or Product Manager or related, within an Information Technology Services company in Lebanon or the GCC or within another technical service environment.

Experience in Microsoft products in particular in SharePoint is a major plus.

Good knowledge on Agile and Scrum methodology.

Good technical understanding of applications migration, portals, CRM and Office 365 projects deployment.

Functional knowledge of best practices in product management and client management.

The Senior Business Analyst Will:

Reengineer a selected number of key internal processes and tools, in particular processes related to Content and Collaboration frameworks that is primarily based on Office 365

Master Office365 ecosystem in terms of features and roadmap, and propose new offers based on office365
Review the on premises landscape specially for SharePoint and propose a migration plan
Stay informed about solutions and product evolution of Office 365 and other new technologies relevant to the business
Collaborate with the functional team to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, requirements, and levels of systems access.
Act as a link between end-users, technical analysts, information technology analysts, consultants and other teams in order to advance on the analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance of the different systems and projects.
As part of the daily tasks, understand the internal clients’ needs from both functional and technical points of view, challenge them if needed as per the market standards and best practices, and ensure that they are in line with their solution providers’ standards.
Have a close market watch on solutions and product evolution in particular Office365; manage proactively its impact on the company’s business process and/or technical landscape.
