Age ideally between 30-35 years old. University degree; from reputed universities.
Having around 5-7 years of total experience, with at least 3 years as Fund Raising and Marketing Coordinator or related within well-established NGOs or Educational institutions or non-profit organizations or associations in Lebanon.
Will effectively lead, coordinate and monitor all fundraising and communication activities in the organization in order to enable and ensure smooth functioning, increase funding that meets our target, and raise the profile of the NGO with its different audiences.
Will oversee the planning and the execution of fundraising events, conferences and other events, in addition to all communication strategy and sales campaigns related to events
Will attract volunteers to the NGO and help in maintaining and managing the volunteer input.
Will guide subordinates in fulfilling department objectives, keep up to date on latest developments in fundraising and marketing opportunities of the NGO environment, develop the necessary policies and procedures of the fundraising and marketing operations, carry out administrative and reporting duties, and ensure that the ethical and professional standards are met.
