Accounting Team Leader

University degree in Business Administration major in Accounting or Finance. CMA or CPA is a plus.

Having a minimum of 7 years of relevant accounting experience with at least 3-5 years as Accounting Manager within well established companies in Lebanon.

Deep practical application of accounting tasks with good exposure to financial analysis and reporting.

Will review and post the accounting transactions and the stock entries

Will review the payables’ transactions and supplier reconciliations, the AR transactions, application of payments and client reconciliations, VAT and income tax returns and the monthly Payroll.

Will handle the preparation of sale commissions and payroll deductions; perform GL entries (including accruals and prepayments) and all monthly closing activities.

Will report monthly P&L and balance sheet reports, analyze key financial ratios, approve payments, and prepare annual budget and monthly budgetary control.

Able to multitask. A “can do” approach and quick adaptability to new situations. Able to analyze financial data and to prepare accurate reports in a timely manner. Capable of managing priorities and meeting deadlines. Leadership skills; inspirational and motivating. Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills. Good attention to details. Good knowledge in Lebanese accounting related laws, taxation, NSSF, VAT. Strong analytical skills.
