Business Development Manager

Preferably Female. University graduate; ideally holder of a Bachelor degree in Business Administration major in marketing from a good university.

Around 5-7 years of sales, marketing and/or business development experience as Business Development Manager or Senior Sales Executive or Sales Manager or Sales & Marketing Manager or related position in well-established ideally Services companies in Lebanon.

Previous commercial/sales/business development experience in the market research or pharmaceutical or banking fields is an asset.

Will develop the business and look for new clients; expand the current business exploring current and reviving old clients.

Will screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, evaluating options and proposing solutions, and close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts and following up on proper execution.

Will respond to customer requests in a professional manner, and keep the management informed of work log and progress.

Charismatic, pleasant personality, field person. Hard worker, dynamic and energetic. Self-motivated and ambitious. Customer service oriented. Team player.

Good communication and presentation skills. Good interpersonal skills

Bilingual with excellent command of English. French is a plus. Computer literate.
