Chief Administration Officer

University degree in Business Administration or Management from well reputed universities in Lebanon or abroad.

An MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.

Having 8-10 years of professional experience as Chief Administration Officer or Administration Manager/Director or VP Administration or related, within well-established Financial Services or multinational Management Consulting firms in Lebanon or abroad.

The CAO acts as the central point for administration matters, ensuring local and regional standards are met and respected by various offices.

The CAO is a conduit for information flow and processes to various functions across the company namely Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, Compliance and Corporate Development.

The CAO performs high level administrative and professional work in directing and supervising the day-to-day operations and processes in accordance with policies and procedures to be established according to local laws, regulations and guidelines in each country of operation.

Demonstrated skills in problem assessment and resolution as well as collaborative problem solving in a complex setting required. Energetic and dynamic. Structured and organized. Excellent communications skills with evidence of successful administrative experience. Results-oriented individual with the persistence and patience necessary to work effectively with a variety of internal and external constituents. Demonstrated ability to partner with senior staff and middle management. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities. Strong interpersonal, written, and oral presentations skills.

Bilingual with an excellent command of English and Arabic.  French is a plus. Computer Literate.
