Fundraising Manager

University degree from reputed universities. Having around 10-15 years of total experience, with not less than 3-5 years as Fund Raising Manager/Director or related within well-established institutions ideally within Educational institutions in Lebanon or other relevant sectors.

Will effectively lead fundraising and propose, develop, and institutionalize the needed organizational structure. Plan, execute and monitor all fundraising related programs and activities of the Institution. Ensure increasing fundraising revenues to meet the budget of the Institution, its scholarship objectives, and its growth and development plans.

Will lead the institution’s wide process to develop and approve an overall institutional fundraising strategy.

Will attract, build and develop relationships with new and existing corporate donors to secure long term and sustainable funding.

Will oversee the planning and the execution of fundraising events, help in maintaining and expanding required budgets; and maintain and update database of fundraising contacts.

Will work towards fulfilling department’s objectives, keep up to date on latest developments in fundraising opportunities, develop the necessary policies and procedures of the fundraising operations, carry out administrative and reporting duties, and ensure that the ethical and professional standards are always met.

Will build and maintain strong relationships with the Alumni community.
