Age ideally between 35-45 years. University degree in Business Administration or related from well-reputed universities. Masters in Marketing is a plus.
Having not less than 10 to 15 years of sales experience with major local, regional or international FMCG companies within Lebanon, the GCC or Africa with minimum 4 years as Commercial Manager or Sales & Marketing Manager or Area Manager or General Sales Manager.
Mobile; willing to travel frequently within Kenya.
The General Sales Manager will be responsible of guiding and directing the sales team in the development, distribution, promotion and sales of the company’s products throughout the region. Developing, preparing Annual Business Plans and budgets based upon broad growth objectives aligned with the Company strategic direction for the business in the region. Preparing strategies and action plans for business growth in agreement with the CEO and the Management Team. Creating a winning and proactive organization by coaching and developing the sales and commercial team. Maintaining strong relationship with internal as well as external customers. Responsible for market share development in the region.
The Candidate must have good managerial, sales and marketing skills.
