HR Director

University degree in Business Administration or related from well-reputed universities. A diploma or Masters in Human Resources is a plus.

Having a minimum of 15-20 years of professional experience with at least 5 years as HR Director or VP HR or Senior HR Manager or related within well-established Large Industrial or Construction/Contracting and projects environment companies in Lebanon or abroad.

Successful track record in HR working with and operating at a senior Executive level.

Exposure to dealing with unions is a major plus.

Mobile, able to travel 3-4 times per year.

The HR Director will be responsible for providing overall strategic human resources leadership, organizational and talent development efforts to meet business ambition, strategy and objectives. Will oversee strategy and delivery in all areas of human resources, including talent life-cycle management; organizational development, talent management, learning and development; workforce planning; employee benefits and wellness; compensation, rewards, and recognition; HR systems; legal and regulatory compliance; and labor and employee relations. Additionally, as a member of the Executive Committee, the HR Director has a shared responsibility to shape, communicate and implement the company’s strategy across the country, including championing efforts that support the company’s vision, mission and values.

Experience of navigating and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, syndicates, both internally and externally. Able to cope with organizational complexity, ambiguity and uncertainty; resilient. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Bilingual: Arabic/English. French is a plus.

Must be proficient in MS Office, other basic office programs, HRIS tools.
