HR Manager

University degree in Business Administration or Law from well-reputed universities.

A diploma or Masters in Human Resources is a plus.

Having a minimum of 10-15 years of professional experience with at least 5 years as HR Director or HR Manager or related within well-established companies.

Knowledge of employee rights, benefits, and obligations.

Knowledge of Lebanese Labor law and Social Security.

Broad understanding of and appreciation for the technical and functional components of HR.

The HR Manager will:

Maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.

Maintain Human Resources staff by recruiting, orienting and training employees.

Direct staff in overall personnel administration, including appointments, promotions, transfers, demotions, suspensions, layoffs, and dismissals.

Establish the company wage and salary structure, and oversee the variable pay systems within the hospital including bonuses and raises.

Follow up performance evaluation of all personnel, and determine with management suitable corrective or development training schemes according to needs;

Assist the Board in providing Human Resources advice, counsel and guidance to management to all levels, applying good judgment and establishing credibility.

Develop objectives and strategies by establishing long-range objectives and specifying the strategies and actions to achieve them.
