University degree preferably in Business Administration major in Marketing from good universities. Masters degree or MBA is a plus.
Having Min. 10 years of marketing experience within major local or regional FMCG ideally manufacturing companies in Lebanon or the GCC with a min. of 3 years as Marketing Manager or Director or related handling well-known evolving brands.
Experience in FMCG manufacturing environment is a major asset.
Well experienced in launching new products and brands from scratch locally and regionally.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the implementation of the Marketing & Brand strategy for the brand locally and globally (GCC, Levant, Russia, Eastern Europe, Far East and Emergent countries) dealing with Distributors network.
The position covers the full marketing mix; strategic and operational marketing , market research, consumer insight, viral marketing, social media and PR.
