Project Manager

University degree in Business Administration or related from reputed universities; Masters Degree or MBA or PMP is a plus.

Having around 10-15 years of professional planning, management, operations, coordination and projects management experience in healthcare, with at least 5 years as Project Manager/Director/Coordinator or Healthcare Consultant or Operations Manager or Quality Control Manager or Planning Manager and related, within a major large healthcare institution, ideally a hospital, in Lebanon, the GCC or abroad.

“Previous Project Manager/Coordinator experience in healthcare ideally hospitals is a must”

Strong project management and facilities’ planning skills.

Appropriate leadership experience in healthcare management.

Broad understanding of health care issues, including the role of academic medicine with researchers, practitioners and educators.

Thorough knowledge of modern healthcare management principles, risks and trends.

Will report on the development of all the project aspects in a timely manner, forward decisions to the different teams and committees, to ensure proper communication for adequate implementation, and develop and report on the project timeline and advancement.

In consultancy with the different support service groups and committees, will be responsible for the development of operational plans for clinical and support service departments, hospital-wide systems, staffing plans, patients’ safety systems …

Will coordinate the schedule of work mainly for clinical and operational planning, equipment and procurement, IT equipment and software, accreditation...

Will issue requests for information (RFIs), proposal (RFPs) and progress reports.

Will develop, in cooperation with concerned offices, budgetary plans including those related to health services, policies and procedures related to ethics and risk management issues; training sessions…

Polyvalent with multi-tasking skills. Good reporting and coordination skills. Good communication and writing skills.
