University degree in Business Administration major marketing from well-reputed universities.
Around 8-10 years of field Retail Audit experience with major international Retail Audit Firms covering the FMCG sector with min. 3 years as FMCG Senior Market Analyst or FMCG Retail Audit Manager or Account Manager or related.
Previous experience in covering and analyzing FMCG sector in Retail Audit is a must.
The Retail Audit Sales Manager will be responsible for the company’s sales department and for directing the sales team in the development, distribution, promotion and sales of the company’s products throughout the region.
He/she will stay closely informed about the market evolution, coverage, challenges, promotions, displays, merchandizing, new SKUs and overall sales performance as well as competition.
He/she will develop the annual business plan and sales budget based upon growth objectives aligned with the Company’s strategic direction for the business in the region. Will prepare action plans for business growth in agreement with the CEO and the Management Team.
Maintaining strong relationship with internal as well as external customers.
The Candidate must have strong field sales, marketing and analytical skills. Business acumen. Commercial mind. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Sense of initiative and results oriented. Able to lead a team. Capable of managing priorities and of meeting deadlines. Adaptable, able to deal with people from different culture and nationalities.
