University graduate, preferably in Business Administration with a major in Finance or Economics from a well-reputed university. Masters degree is a plus.
Preferably holder of the certificates required by the Central Bank (Global Securities, Financial Derivatives and related).
Around 7-10 years of experience within well established independent financial institutions or Banks in Lebanon or in the Gulf as Senior Financial Consultant/Advisor or Senior Private Banker or related.
An existing confirmed customer base and contacts are required with movable portfolios of minimum $30 millions.
Dual nationality is a major plus.
Good knowledge of financial markets, products and instruments
Will proactively develop client relationships within own assigned client portfolio and potential new clients, anticipate and provide solutions to clients’ needs and give high priority to clients’ satisfaction, with responsibility for meeting or exceeding agreed performance targets and objectives, particularly those relating to net new money, income generation, product sales and new client growth targets
Abiding at all times by the Private Banking policies to meet the Bank’s and departmental strategic objectives and financial targets.
Accurately assessing the risk profile, suitability and appropriateness of clients when marketing PB products and services by maintaining an accurate and up to date call report, KYC database;
Will provide high level of customer service to clients in order to have clients ownership.
Able to deal with HNWI and VIPs. Proven record of building relationships and closing deals. Good technical skills. Good communication, networking and selling skills. Good interpersonal, presentation, and listening skills. Analytical with strong commercial skills. Capable of working under pressure
Willing to travel in the MENA region.
